A regional NHS PCT launched a healthy lifestyle initiative in the work place titled '8-week challenge'. Staff teams that entered the challenge were provided with resource packs. The challenge ran for 8 weeks and looked at the key areas that can support an individual to make small steps towards a positive change in life style at work. Each week staff participating in the challenge were encouraged to take part in new tasks covering 3 main areas; healthy eating, physical activities and relaxation. My brief was to create the brand and campaign collateral and to source the production of the campaign.
